Aluminium clad uPVC windows feature a uPVC frame and sash encased by external metal cladding. Modern uPVC shows on the interior and makes for an excellently insulated window core.
The material’s sleek surfaces can also be easily customised with our range of colour coatings. On the exterior, the metal cladding protects and provides impressive robustness. It can be coloured to match the interior or fashion a different finish. To find out more just read on or contact us to start your Neuffer journey today.
The Key Benefits
- Excellent insulation: Thanks to uPVC's purpose-designed structure and profiles that feature three gaskets, we offer very good sound insulation as well as Passive House certified aluminium clad uPVC windows with maximum energy efficiency.
- Low maintenance: Due to the sleek wipeable nature of the interior uPVC face and the long-lasting external cladding, these windows can be easily cleaned and require minimal upkeep.
- Impressive protection: The strength, impact resistance, and anti-rust properties of the metal exterior ensure excellent durable protection against the elements and break-in attempts.
Our windows and doors feature much more than just a solid frame, sash, and glass. Inside each of these elements, high-quality German engineering and special parts are used to achieve innovative performance:
At Neuffer we offer a range of window models, also known as “profiles”, that differ in terms of their look, installation depth, and thermal performance. When it comes to insulation, this is measured by the u-value and the lower the figure, the less heat will be transferred and the more energy-efficient the profile will be. Browse the options below:

Certificates & Quality Manufacturing
During production the metal cladding that externally clads our windows is anodized to ensure excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. It is then additionally powder-coated in the chosen colour of decor, which provides further protection as well as UV resistance.
Thanks to these techniques we can therefore provide a 10-year guarantee on the metal surface of our aluminium clad windows, which makes for an excellent cost to performance ratio. Alongside guarantees, some of the profiles, such as the twinset energeto 8000 and TwinSet energeto 8000 ED models have been certified by the Passive House institute as being particularly thermally efficient.
The profiles both have u-values below 0.8 W/(m²K), for example, and greatly reduce utility bills as well as carbon footprint by maintaining an interior temperature that won’t exceed 77°F for more than 10% of hours annually.
