The SCHÜCO series AWS 75.SI+/ AWS 75 BS.SI / AWS 75 WF.SI+ impresses in terms of design and comfort in all dimensions: Filigree post and frame profiles in slender face widths make large elements with considerable stability possible. This means that even large glazing are easily possible - for particularly bright living and working rooms with maximum transparency.

SCHÜCO also offers a wide range of opening types with maximum ease of operation. Extensive design options with cover shell variants are available. Additionally, you can choose between the Residential Line (RL) and Soft Line (SL) series. Another advantage is that the series is also compatible with SCHÜCO ADS/ADS HD entrance doors.

Modern aluminium windows used on the ground floor should at least meet the Resistance Class Two (RC2 N) requirements.

On the upper floor, resistance class RC 1 N is sufficient if the window cannot be reached via a fixed access such as stairs.

  • The windows must offer protection against physical force. This includes: attacking, kicking and jumping, shoulder impact, pushing up and tearing out
  • However, RC1 windows have little resistance to levering.
 		  
  • The windows must meet the conditions of RC 1 N class.
  • In addition, there must be additional protection against the use of simple tools such as screwdrivers, wedges or pliers.
  • Levering them out should no longer be possible.
 		  
  • All the conditions of RC 1 N and RC 2 N and:
  • At the same time, the window must also be able to withstand the second tool used by the offender, such as a screwdriver or cow foot.
